Billybanks plans on show today

DETAILED plans of the Penarth Heights development will go on show to the public today (Thursday, September 2).
Developer Crest Nicholson is holding a preview event at the Washington Gallery, on Stanwell Road in Penarth, from 4pm to 7pm.
A scale model of the scheme will be on show, together with a display charting the history of the Billybanks estate - where demolition work started in June in preparation for the 377-home development.
Crest Nicholson staff will also be on hand to answer questions about the project. New homes are due to go on sale in May 2011, and the development is expected to be complete by 2017.
