Pedal your way to your 'five a day' with Dinas Powys Fair Trade Group!

AN ECO-FRIENDLY, tasty, fairtrade fruit smoothie ticks all the right boxes and is great fun too!
So go along to the next Dinas Powys Fair Trade Group event and create your own smoothie by pedalling a specially adapted bike!
You can also take a step for fair trade and add your footprint to the group's Stepometer - the Dinas Powys volunteers aim to add 500 steps to the Fair Trade Foundation target of 1.5 million steps throughout the UK.
You can join in the fun on Saturday, March 3, between 10am and 12 noon at the Lee Hall, Britway Road, Dinas Powys.
Fair trade Easter eggs, Mother's Day gifts, crafts, jewellery and groceries will be on sale.
Admission is free - there will be a nominal charge for fruit smoothies.
